Studies show that participation in sports has multiple benefits for middle school students -- physical, social and emotional, academic and long term. EUSD offers a variety of sports to suit the interests of our students. Click links at right to view information about specific sports.

Athletic Packet and Required Documentation

Athletic Enrollment (APPRYSE)

Appryse is a web-based replacement to the paper-based system previously used to track medical history, contact information, release forms, and any other required forms. Parents and guardians are able to enter all information online.

You will no longer need to bring or send forms to the office. Voluntary Athletic Contributions (VAC) will be the only item turned in to the office.

In the event of a medical emergency, trainers and coaches will use the system to automatically notify you of an emergency, symptoms, and/or care, etc. via phone, email, and text message.

We feel it will make this year much easier for parents and guardians, coaches, and most importantly, increase the safety of our students.

Pkwy., left on Lead Hill, right on Eureka Rd., take I-80 West., exit Antelope Rd., turn right on Antelope Rd., right on Don Julio, right on Heartland Rd., right on Palmerson

Auburn Regional Park: 3770 Richardson Dr, Auburn. Left on La Croix Dr., right on Olympus Dr., left on Sierra College Blvd., take I-80 East, exit 119B toward Grass Valley/Placerville, left onto CA-193 W/CA-49 N/Grass Valley Hwy, left on Quartz Dr., right on Park Dr., park is on the right.

Buljan Middle School: 100 Hallissey Dr., Rsvl, 771-1720. Left on Olympus Dr., Right on East Rsvl. Pkwy., pass the Galleria, left on Pleasant Grove Blvd., right on Hallisey Dr., school is eventually on the left after the park.

Cavitt Jr. High: 7200 Fuller Dr., GB, 791-4152. Right on Olympus Dr., right on Sierra College Blvd., left on Douglas Blvd., right on Auburn Folsom Blvd., left on Fuller, school is behind the tennis courts on the right.

Chilton Middle School: 4501 Bob Doyle Dr., Rsvl 771-1870. Right on Sierra College, right on Douglas Blvd. right on East Rsvl. Pkwy., left on Pleasant Grove, right on Fiddyment, left on Village Green Drive, right on Bob Doyle Drive, school is on the left.

Cooley Middle School: 9300 Prairie Woods Way, Rsvl, 771-1740. Left on Olympus Dr., right on East Rsvl. Pkwy., left on Lead Hill Blvd., right on Eureka Rd., take I-80 East, exit Hwy 65, exit Blue Oaks Blvd. and stay to the right, continue a couple miles, left on Prairie Woods Way.

Creekview Ranch Middle School: 8779 Cook Riolo Rd., Rsvl, 770-8845. Left on Olympus Dr., left on East Rsvl. Pkwy., right on Douglas Blvd., left on Rocky Ridge, right on Cirby Way, right on Foothills Blvd., take Atkinson ramp, right on Atkinson St., Atkinson St. becomes PFE Rd, continue forward, right on Cook Riolo Rd.

Eich Jr. High: 1509 Sierra Gardens Dr., Rsvl, 771-1770. Left on Olympus Dr., left on East Rsvl. Pkwy., right on Douglas Blvd., left on Sierra Gardens Dr.

E.V. Cain Jr. High: 150 Palm Ave, Auburn, (530)823-6106. Right on Olympus Dr., left on Sierra College Blvd, take I-80 East, exit Hwy 49 toward Grass Valley, turn left at light, left on Palm Ave, school is down the steep driveway on the left.

Pkwy., left on Lead Hill Blvd., right on Eureka Rd., take I-80 East, exit Hwy 65, take the Linoln Blvd. exit, turn right on Lincoln Blvd., left on 1st St, right on L St.

Granite Oaks Middle School: 2600 Wyckford Blvd., Rocklin, 315-9009. Left on Olympus Dr., right on East Rsvl. Pkwy., left on Lead Hill Blvd., right on Eureka Rd., take I-80 East, exit Hwy 65, exit Stanford Ranch Rd., stay right, right on Park Dr., left on Wyckford Blvd.

Silverado Middle School: 2525 Country Club Dr., Rsvl, 780-2620. Left on Olympus Dr., right on East Rsvl. Pkwy, pass the Galleria, left on Pleasant Grove Blvd., left on Country Club Dr.

Spring View Middle School: 5040 5th St., Rocklin, 624-3381. Right on Olympus Dr., left on Sierra College Blvd., left on Rocklin Rd., continue until it dead ends, right on 5th St.

Twelve Bridges Middle School: 770 Westview Dr., Lincoln, 434-5270. Left on Olympus Dr., right on East Rsvl Pkwy., left on Lead Hill Blvd., right on Eureka Rd., take I-80 East, exit Hwy 65, exit Twelve Bridges Dr., right on East Joiner Pkwy., left on Westview Dr.

Wilson C. Riles Middle School: 4747 PFE Rd., Rsvl, 787-8100. Left on Olympus Dr., left on East Rsvl. Pkwy., irght on Douglas Blvd., take I-80 West, exit Antelope Rd., right on to Antelope Rd., right on Walerga (couple miles from freeway), left on PFE Rd.
