2017 Graduation InformationTop of Page

To:          Eighth Grade Parents and Students

From:     Graduation Committee & Olympus Administration

The graduation committee has met and is excited about the events selected for graduation. It is the purpose of this committee to plan a memorable graduation experience for all students who have met graduation requirements.

Graduation events cannot happen without the support of our entire Olympus community. All of the activities we have in place for graduation are dependent upon donations from families.  The PTC will help to defray the cost of as much of the graduation related event expenses as possible.  The remaining costs will need to be covered by donations.  We are asking all 8th grade families to make a $75 donation to help cover the cost of gowns, the celebration luncheon, and Discovery Kingdom tickets and transportation.  You may use our Webstore to make your donation or submit a check to the office.  Please make your donations no later than Friday, May 12th.  To ensure every student who meets graduation requirements may participate in the celebrations, a limited number of scholarships are available - please contact Mr. Healy for more information.

To help facilitate and organize the tremendous support we receive for our students, we are using the Sign-Up Genius website.  Please click on this link to find a way to help!
